Part 2: Threat on Zou

The Minks are concerned about the fact that the Beast Pirates were able to get to Zou using a Vivre card and that they may have to fight them again.
This is made more obvious by the fact that Jack is still alive at the bottom of the sea. This suggests that Jack is half Fishman, meaning that even though he can't swim due to his Devil Fruit, he can't drown either due to his Fishman blood.
Part 3: Beast Pirates

Kaido wants his crew to be made completely of Devil Fruit users, his arrangement with Doflamingo was to provide him with enough Smiles for his entire crew, but now that Doflamingo has been defeated his dream is over. With that, his rage has turned to Luffy and Law.
This also proves that Kaido is a Devil Fruit user, likely a Mythical Zoan type.
Part 4: Eustass Kidd

Kaido has beaten the snot out of Kidd for not joining him like Apoo did. This brings into question where Hawkins is and where Kidd's crew is.
Did Kidd sacrifice himself to save his crew along with Hawkins? or are they held prisoner too and did Hawkins join Kaido like Apoo?
Part 5: Food Supply

Luffy used up all the food supplies on the Sunny and now the crew has nothing to eat.
It's taken Sanji over 5 days to reach Whole Cake Island so the Sunny crew will need to withstand over 5 days of starvation if something doesn't save them.

Yonko's send out Den Den signals around their territories to alert passing ships that they're entering Yonko territories.
